3.3 Hygiene Considerations

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once fitted or worn, including:

• Ballet pointe shoes (once fitted or worn)
• Ballet shoes with visible signs of wear
• Ballroom & Latin shoes with scuff marks or floor contact
• Intimate dancewear or undergarments with removed hygiene seals

4. Orders and Payments

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

1. Standard Shipping: via DHL or FedEx ($12.95), delivered within 10-15 business days after shipping
2. Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipping

5.2 Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and certain remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

5.3 Delivery Issues

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

6.2 Return Process

3. Securely package items with all tags attached
