Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over $50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and certain remote regions. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions mentioned above). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your dancewear. If something isn’t quite right, our flexible return policy makes it easy to exchange or return items.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Ballet Pointe Shoes (once fitted or worn)
  • Ballet Shoes (with visible signs of wear)
  • Ballroom & Latin Shoes (with scuff marks or floor contact)
  • Any intimate dancewear or undergarments with removed hygiene seals

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Items you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 1 business day with return authorization and instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs to send your replacement items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email which item(s) you’d like to exchange for
  • We’ll ship your new items once we process your return
  • Exchange shipping is free of charge

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect items
  • We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement
